Sara Krystl has been an active Registered Massage Therapist since 2018
with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario and graduated from the
Massage Therapy Program at Trillium College in Oshawa, Ontario. She has
also taken courses in Cupping, an Indie Approach to Headaches, and is
currently enrolled in the Natural Nutrition program at the Canadian School
of Natural Nutrition.
After experiencing chronic tension headaches and migraines for several
years, she was able to see the benefits and relief from these conditions
through Massage Therapy and remedial exercises as a client herself. This
experience inspired her to become a Registered Massage Therapist to help others with their pain relief too!
In her massage treatments she implements various techniques and
modalities including Cupping, Deep Ischemic Compressions, Swedish
Massage, Stretches, Joint mobilizations, etc while tailoring the pressure
and approach to the preference, needs and health conditions of each
individual.
Sara Krystl’s goal is to use her formal knowledge, training, and experience
to help client’s also reach their health and wellness goals.
